Reaching a person

Email help@spilr.app. Everything goes through that address — support, billing, press, legal, data requests, and reports about content.

Write in your own language — we read it. We reply in English.

If you are reporting something urgent — a threat, or content involving a minor — say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

If you are a creator

Your link is live as soon as your profile is. You do not need to finish payout setup for people to message you, but you do need it finished to receive money.

Every account starts on Free, with no trial and no time limit. Pro lowers the fee on each boost from 7% to 4%, and you can switch to it in the app whenever it makes sense for you.

To close your account, email us. We confirm before anything is deleted, and we pay out a balance you are owed first — that money is yours whether or not you keep using Spilr.

What comes off a boost

Spilr keeps 7% of each boost on Free and 4% on Pro. The payment provider’s fees come out of the boost as well, and you pay them rather than the person who sent it: its processing fee on every payment, and its conversion fee when someone pays in a different currency from yours. Tap any boost on the Balance tab in the app to see each amount.

Spilr takes nothing when you withdraw. If the payment provider charges for the transfer, that fee comes out of the payout. The provider sets it when it makes the transfer, so the app shows it on your withdrawal’s receipt, with what is on its way to your bank.

Billing

Pro is bought through the App Store, so it is managed there: to cancel, or to see when the next charge falls, open your subscriptions in Settings on your iPhone. When Pro ends, your account moves back to Free and keeps working.

We cannot cancel it for you and we cannot issue that refund ourselves. Refunds explains why, and what to do instead.

Reporting a message or a response

Every response shown on a creator’s page has a report control. For anything not on a public page, email us with a link.

Safety explains what we block outright, what we filter, and what happens after a report.

Your data

To get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email help@spilr.app and say which you want.

We will ask you to confirm you control the account or the email address in question. That is deliberate: an unverified deletion request is a way to erase somebody else.
